Happy People!Chocolate makes you happy!I was responsible for the technical organization and coordinator of the Digital Customer Event about the latest trends and consumer value drivers in the chocolate confectionery. It was super to have again 4 live presenters on site combined with 6 virtual presenters. Of course combined with slides, polling, Q&A and videos.Double happy today: successful result!A great compliment for clients team for the dedicated preparations!

Due to corona restrictions, I was unfortunately unable to physically attend the virtual event from the greenkey studio in Germany. Remoted from Belgium I did the technical support for an European webcast with 800 participants. Months of preparation with client’s projectteam came together today into a successful event.

It was great to do the technical production, coordination and support of a 2,5 hours webcast.More than 600 viewers in the Benelux, 12 virtual live presenters, 29 play-out of movies/bumpers, PowerPoint slides, live polling and a Q&A.A close collaboration with client’s team and good execution of Maarten Boer & #eddycaron made it a success!

It was a real challenge. Four weeks ago was the idea initiated. Producing a livestream in a TV debate format. In strong cooperation with the clients marketing team the leaders, bumpers and graphic designs were created. Early start of the day: general meeting in Zoom. Three of the board members presented from the pop-up-studio at their office. Other board members presented remoted. With a seamless AV processor we configurered the images of the board members, added with PowerPoint and Polling in a PiP on a graphical background. This was broadcasted to the association members. Proud as a woman to have my own company!Yesterday I was responsible for the International Women Day presentation for a corporate client. On site we took care for the audio, projection and content play-out. It was an honor to work for this event for 1100 managers. We did it! with a great team, in a brilliant brand new equipped Studio21 which we customized with a 4 camera-unit, translation booth and custom created content. Also Studio 22 was used for active sessions where we have foreseen a LED mobile, stage & sound equipment.
